Carmel Clay Historical Society representative, Bill Gross, promoted their annual Holiday Home Tour and Legacy Fund CEO, Brad Little, talked about their “Celebration of Philanthropy” event. Santa’s elf, Jingle John, brought some of his animals from the North Pole to talk about Holiday on the Square and Maestro David Bowden made another appearance to discuss the Carmel Symphony Orchestra’s holiday concert. – October 2009 This month’s show was filmed at La Mie Emilie,
a new French café and patisserie in the Carmel Arts & Design
District. Jeff and Stephanie delivered the latest news and
interviewed Mayor Brainard; City Councilman, Ron Carter; City
Engineer, Mike McBride; Director of Community Relations, Nancy Heck
and Carrie Keaveney from the Parks Department. Arts and Design
District bakery owner, Yukiko, visited from Crème de la Crème to
show off her artistic cookies and cakes. Carmel Clay Public Library
representatives, Donna Adams and Ann Hanson, promoted the annual
Gilded Leaf Book & Author Luncheon. Carmel Dad’s Club President,
Jack Beery, talked about Carmel Dad’s Club initiatives and Joan
Isaac also came on the show to gain support for United Way’s “Early
Readers Club”. Maestro David Bowden made another appearance to
discuss the Carmel Symphony Orchestra’s November concert. Nancy

Jeff and Stephanie especially liked this month’s location because of all the jewelry they got to try on and even help create! The show included a discussion with Mayor Jim Brainard and Jon Goble, president and CEO of Clarian North Medical Center about the Carmel Mayor's Wellness Challenge kicking off this year.
